What is Nanoindustriedämmung?
Nanoindustriedämmung is the thermoreflective industrial insulation system based on PSCoat — for steel structures, plant and equipment indoors and outdoors.
What is the system for?
The system reduces the surface temperature of steel structures, stabilises operation and can significantly reduce energy costs for cooling or heating. It offers high resistance to chemical environments of classes C4 and C5. Applications include pipework, tanks, heat exchangers, containers and roofs.
Which layers does it consist of?
The metal primer PSC 250 T ECB BASIC A, the insulating main coating PSC 250 T HP+ and the reflective top coat PSC 250 T EC+ — with HP+ also usable without a primer.
