How is the system applied and cared for?

The substrate must be dry, firm and load-bearing — free of loose parts, oil, grease, dust, mould, salt and rust. Mineral substrates are primed beforehand; the information in the respective product chapter prevails.

The coatings are supplied ready to use; thoroughly mix the entire container contents before use. Preferably applied with an airless sprayer (remove the filter beforehand), alternatively with brush or roller (bristle length 8–14 mm). For airless application, add max. 0.1–0.3 litres of clean water.

Application at +5 °C to +30 °C and relative humidity below 80 %; not if rain or frost is expected. Stir the coating regularly during application, more frequently in direct sunlight.

A second coat is possible once the surface is touch-dry after approx. 2 hours; at least 24 hours between fully dried layers (max. 1.0 mm per layer). The cured surfaces are washable; clean tools with water.
